I do not need access to your garage, your power, or your tools to complete a professional repair. To ensure a smooth visit and keep my schedule on track for all customers, please follow these steps:

Have the Bike Accessible: Please have your bike(s) outside on the porch, driveway, or side of the house by your scheduled time.

No "Waiting" in the Driveway: I often have a tight schedule across Northern Utah; please ensure I can load the bike into the truck immediately upon arrival without needing to call you to open a garage.

Self-Sufficient Setup: I perform all work inside my 15,000 lb box truck, regardless of the weather. You do not need to clear out space for me to work.

Communication: If you won't be home, simply text me the location of the bike or the gate code in advance. I will complete the service, return the bike to its spot, and send you a digital invoice.
