What cities do you service?

Standard Service Area ($99 Minimum): Pleasant View, North Ogden, Ogden, South Ogden, Harrisville, Farr West, Roy, Hooper, West Haven, Clearfield, Sunset, Clinton, Syracuse, Layton, Kaysville, Farmington, Perry, and Willard.

Mountain Green & Ogden Valley ($300 Minimum): Hauling a 15,000 lb mobile shop up the canyon takes significant fuel and travel time. Mobile visits to Mountain Green, Morgan, Huntsville, Eden, and Liberty require a $300 minimum service total. You can hit this by combining family or neighbor bikes at one stop, or you can arrange to meet the truck at your workplace or a location down in our standard service area ($99 minimum).

Do you service E-Bikes?

Yes—we handle mechanical maintenance and flat tire repairs on e-bikes, billed by motor type and brand (we do not service internal motors, controllers, wiring, or batteries):

• Mid-Drive E-Bikes (Bosch, Shimano, Specialized, DJI Avinox, Trek, Giant/Yamaha, Brose): Full mechanical service at standard bike rates ($99 minimum).
• Authorized Hub-Drive Brands (Aventon, Rad Power, Ride1Up, Velotric, Magnum, Pedego, Trek, Electra, Specialized, Giant, Cannondale, REI): Full mechanical tune-ups ($150) and flat tire repairs ($125 + tube).
• All Other Single-Motor Hub-Drive Brands (Lectric, Himiway, Cyrusher, Super73, Heybike, etc.): Strictly limited to flat tire repairs only ($125 + tube).
• No-Service Vehicles: We do not touch Dual-Motor (AWD) e-bikes, e-trikes, e-motos (Sur-Ron/Talaria), or electric scooters. See our E-Bike Rates page for full details.

Why do you only offer flat tire repairs on certain e-bike brands?

Because I refuse to charge you $150 for a tune-up that won't last. Many online and folding e-bikes pair heavy 75–90 lb frames and high-torque hub motors with entry-level gears, flexing cable runs, and unbranded brakes that were never engineered for that kind of power. Even if I dial them in on my repair stand, the hardware will slip right back out of adjustment after a few rides.

Approved brands (like Aventon, Rad Power, Ride1Up, Velotric, Trek, and Specialized) use proven frame tolerances and name-brand components (Shimano, Tektro, SRAM) that actually hold a tune and stop safely. For unlisted brands, I’m happy to come out and fix your flat tires so you can keep rolling—without taking your money for mechanical adjustments the bike's hardware can't hold.

Can I bring my bike to you?

No—Swift Fix is a 100% mobile service and does not operate a public storefront or residential drop-off location. I bring the mobile shop directly to your home, workplace, or an agreed meeting spot within our standard service area.

What kinds of standard bikes do you service?

I work on road, mountain, gravel, hybrid, BMX, cruiser, and kids’ bikes. (Note: I do not service adult tricycles, dual-motor e-bikes, electric scooters, or gas-powered bicycles.)

How is Swift Fix different from a traditional bike shop?

Like a brick-and-mortar shop, I keep derailleurs, cassettes, chains, cables, brake pads, tires, and tubes in stock inside my fully equipped service truck—but you never have to load bikes into your car or leave them at a shop for two weeks. With 18 years of industry experience, I fix your bikes right in your driveway so they are ready to ride the same day.

Can I get a discount?

I don’t offer seasonal or bulk discounts—my rates are priced fairly to keep the truck rolling while delivering great value. However, our Pre-Ride Adjust ($65/bike — 2 bikes for $130) is built to save you money when getting multiple family bikes tuned at the same stop. You get 18 years of professional mechanic experience from someone whose only goal is getting your current bike running right—never upselling you a new bike.

How quickly can you come out for a repair?

I strive to offer next-day or same-week appointments whenever possible, depending on your location and the time of year. For urgent pre-trip or race repairs, text me directly and I will do my best to fit you in quickly.

Can you help with my charity, non-profit, church, youth group, or school event?

I love donating my time and talents to the community. Feel free to reach out with your ideas or what your group needs! I may need to charge a nominal fee to cover parts or fuel costs, but I am not looking to make a profit on services for non-profits or youth events.

How do I schedule a bike repair appointment?
