What kinds of bikes do you service?

I work on all kinds—from road and mountain bikes to electric bikes, hybrids, cruisers, and even kids’ bikes. If it has pedals, I can fix it.

How is Swift Fix different from a traditional bike shop?

Like a regular shop, I keep almost every size derailleur, cassette, tires, and tubes in stock—but unlike a regular shop, I bring it all to you in my fully equipped service truck. No need to haul your bike anywhere—I come to you. With over a decade of experience, I handle everything from simple tune-ups to electric bike maintenance. Plus, I cover a big part of northern Utah, making it easy and convenient to get your bike fixed when and where you want.

Can I get a discount?

I occasionally run service specials during the slower seasons, but I don’t offer discounts for bulk orders. My labor rates are priced fairly and are in line with other local bike shops. I believe in charging a rate that allows me to stay in business while still offering great value.

I’ve been in business for 8 years and plan to be around for many more. With Swift Fix, you get professional repair at your doorstep from a mechanic with over a dozen years of experience—someone who isn’t trying to upsell you a new bike. My only goal is to get your bike running right.

Can I bring my bike to you?
If you're outside my service area and still want repair work done, I do offer pickup and drop-off at my residence by appointment. However, for most customers, it's much easier and more convenient for me to come to you. Mobile service is what I do best—let’s keep it simple!

How quickly can you come out for a repair?

I strive to offer same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible, depending on your location and my schedule. Sometimes I might be booked a few days—but I always work hard to fit you in as soon as I can. For urgent or emergency repairs, I do my best to prioritize and get to you quickly.
